A continuous net conveyor-type dryer for solid products.

The First Band Dryer is a net conveyor-type dryer designed for the continuous drying of solid products. In rice cracker production, it is typically used as a primary dryer, drying the formed dough (refined rice flour) immediately after shaping by a sheeting machine. The dryer uses steam as a heat source and circulates gentle air flow at approximately 80°C inside the chamber to achieve uniform drying.

Two standard net conveyor widths are available: 135.9 cm and 196.95 cm. A chainless drive system is employed as standard, but chain-driven systems are also available upon request.
The system can be scaled up to approximately 100 meters in length and 13 layers, depending on the required production capacity.
Compared to batch-type dryers such as trolley dryers, the First Band Dryer offers significant advantages in labor savings and production efficiency, making it ideal for high-volume, continuous operations.
