The Two-Stage Kneader is a machine that combines a twin-screw and a single-screw kneading unit in series.
In the two-screw section, the material is kneaded by left and right screws, after which it passes through the single-screw section.
This configuration achieves a more uniform kneading compared to a conventional twin-screw kneader (Twin-Shaft Kneader).
It also allows for more intensive kneading than standard two-screw models.
