A roller-type milling machine that grinds raw materials such as washed rice and soaked rice into powder.

The material passes through the opposing rollers twice, and the difference in speed grinds it into flour.
The machine is equipped with two sets of opposing chilled rollers (each pair consisting of a left and right roller with differing rotational speeds) arranged in four layers. To achieve a smooth surface, rollers with high hardness are used. A water cooling system is included as standard to reduce friction heat.

Flour quality is determined by three factors:

1. Pre-treatment methods and conditions
2. Feed rate
3. Number of roller passes

The standard roll width is 1,000 mm, with a total of four rollers.
Custom widths of 400 mm and 600 mm are also available upon request.
