A batch-type seasoning machine for applying sauce (salad oil, soy sauce, molasses, etc.) to products (rice crackers, snacks, fried and baked items).
This batch-type seasoning machine automatically performs the entire seasoning process: 1.Loading products into baskets, 2.Removing them from the baskets, 3.Dipping them into sauce, 4.Shaking off excess sauce, 5.Moving the baskets again, and 6.Discharging the seasoned products.Processes 2 and 5, where the baskets are fully loaded, move into a straight line, allowing for high-capacity processing.
To ensure uniform seasoning, the system features two tanks, a main tank and a sub tank, with continuous sauce circulation between them. Both tanks are equipped with heaters. This model is ideal for high-volume production of a limited variety of products where consistent seasoning is required.
Standard basket capacities are 55 liters, 93 liters, and 135 liters.
