A batch-type seasoning machine for applying sauce (salad oil, soy sauce, molasses, etc.) to products (rice crackers, snacks, fried and baked items).

Steps 1, loading the products into the baskets, and 2, removing them from the baskets, are performed manually, while steps 3, dipping them into sauce, and 4, shaking off excess sauce, are automated.

The machine features a single main tank equipped with a heater. The tank is easy to replace, minimizing changeover time.
This semi-automatic model is suitable for small-lot production of multiple product varieties.
Two basket sizes are available: 20 liters and 45 liters.
