The Twin-Basket Dryer reduces the moisture content of solid products such as rice crackers, snacks, shrimp cracker dough, and more.
The unit consists of two cylindrical drying baskets arranged side by side. Products are sequentially loaded into the drying baskets and discharged after an appropriate amount of drying time.
The loading and unloading of both the materials and the drying baskets into the main dryer unit are performed manually.
A quartz heater installed at the bottom of the main body serves as the heat source.
