A machine that reduces the moisture content of coated solid products, such as baked or fried products coated with soy sauce, molasses, and more.
A portion of the hot air that passes through the products is exhausted from the unit, while fresh ambient air is drawn in, mixed, and recirculated.
The system is equipped with three heater units, and a net conveyor runs through the interior of the main body. Temperature is automatically controlled, while exhaust is manually adjusted. The unit features our proprietary chainless drive system, which eliminates the need for chains, allowing for easy net cleaning and enhancing sanitary performance.
The standard heat source is steam. Net widths of 900 mm, 1200 mm, and 1500 mm, with a single-layer configuration as standard.
We also accommodate a wide range of customer specifications. Heat source, drive system, number of layers, total conveyor length, and other design factors can be customized according to material characteristics, production capacity, and spatial requirements.
