The material is fed from the hopper and pushed out of the machine by twin shafts equipped with spirals or cutting teeth. The degree of kneading is determined by: ①The temperature of the material ②The length of the shafts ③The number and angle of the cutting teeth on the shafts ④The degree of the outlet’s opening

The feed rate to the next process is controlled by the rotation speed of the twin shafts and the degree of the outlet’s opening.

Models are available in Special Grade, Grade 1, Grade 2, and High-Performance types.
