The Vertical Steamer for Whole Grains is a vertical-type steaming machine designed to steam raw materials, such as washed rice and soaked mochi rice. The steaming cylinder features a steam jacket, allowing heat to be applied uniformly from the outer surface for efficient and even steaming. The cylinder is tapered, with its diameter increasing toward the bottom, which helps the steamed material move downward more easily. Steam is introduced both through the walls of the cylinder and via rotating blades on the central shaft.

Discharge is handled by horizontally rotating blades, enabling a first-in, first-out system that minimizes steaming inconsistencies.

The number of cylinder segments can be customized upon request.
