A roller-type milling machine that grinds raw materials such as washed rice and soaked rice into powder.

The material passes between pairs of opposing rollers four times, and the difference in roller speed grinds it into flour.
The machine is equipped with four sets of chill-cast rollers (each pair consisting of a left and right roller with differing rotational speeds) arranged in four layers. To achieve a smooth surface, rollers with high hardness are used. A water-cooling system is included as standard to reduce frictional heat.

Flour quality is determined by three factors:

1. Number of roller passes
2. Pre-treatment methods and conditions
3. Feed rate

The standard roll width is 1,000 mm, with a total of eight rollers.

Custom widths of 400 mm and 600 mm are also available upon request.
